Musa Emmanuel Dung is the Managing Director and Chairman of SHUGIS REALTY LTD, providing strategic leadership and direction toward the company’s vision of building a trusted, professional, and client-focused real estate brand.

He is a legal practitioner with a focus on Corporate Law and a particular interest in Real Estate and Property Transactions. His legal background, combined with his interest in business, investment, and property development, gives him a unique perspective on the opportunities, responsibilities, and legal considerations that come with real estate.

As Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Emmanuel is passionate about creating a real estate company built on integrity, transparency, professionalism, accountability, and trust.
